First and foremost, we send heartfelt thanks to the church and parish of St. John the Baptist in El Cerrito for supporting our monthly Mass and participating with us in the Sri Lankan Church’s “Year of St.Joseph Vaz.”

* We cordially invite the Indian and Sri Lankan Catholic communities of the Bay area for our final monthly Sunday Mass of 2017 of the “Year of St. Joseph Vaz.”

* This Mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Church at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday December 10, 2017. The address is 11152 San Pablo Avenue, El Cerrito, California, 94530. It is at the corner of San Pablo Avenue and Potrero Avenue, and a block away from the Del Norte (El Cerrito) Bart station.

* The concelebrants at our Dec. 10th Mass will be Jesuits, Fr. Lowry Trinidade from Goa, Fr. Shantaraj Thomas from Bangalore, and Fr. Francis Fernandes from Mangalore, who are studying at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley.

* Our next Mass will be for the Jan. 16th 2018 Feast of St. Joseph Vaz, which we have been celebrating annually since 1978.
